Closed i have reset the password and pin but still cant log

    Last thing you did:In2017 i forgot the pin ,then i try to guess the pin a few times.
    Why do you think you got banned?:guess the pin
    Ban message when attempting to log in:please reset your password and pin on our website to regain access to this account
    What GM banned you (optional): No ban,    i have reset the password and pin but still cant log

    Maybe character name is wrong becouse 3 years ago, plz the character name is Ritodotto

    In 2017,i try to return but i forgot the pin ,then i try to guess the pin a few times.Then i gave up this time.
    Now i want to try to return again, i have reset the password and pin ,even the pic by the Game log tips,
    But i still cant log in MR.
    I havent hack or other before

    Our system has not banned you, are you sure that it's telling you 'Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account' when you're logging in? If so, send me a screenshot.
