Are you getting disconnected after selecting character?

    Ok, I saw so many people are having trouble with this sooooo here you go :
    First of all, did you download december patch files and new client?

    http://royals.ms/downloads/MapleRoyals.exe
    http://royals.ms/downloads/wz

    In wz download all files with December Patch info and replace them with old .wz files.

    Still getting disconnected?
    1. If you have hamachi turned on - turn it off, it might help.
    2. Add maplestory folder AND client to antivirus and firewall exceptions.
    3. Try to unstuck your char on website.
    4. Try to reinstall maple.
    5. You can be Mac Banned.

    If you are still getting disconnected, no idea then :S

    5) If you're still getting d/ced, you may be mac banned. Post a ban appeal following the requested format in the subforum and a GM will look into it when they can.

    Well I update all the files, don't have any firewall or antivirus, reinstalled maple, and tried to unstuck a lot of times. haha. Anyone got an idea? I think the map may be bugged, it's the 3rd map from kerning to henesys. GM's: Can one of you warp me to a town, just so I can play, and avoid any maps with event pigs?? :p

    Update your files and you won't have any issues with the event pigs.

    Then it seems my character is stuck in that map. If I get warped and try to re-enter, then it won't happen

    Again, your files arent up to date. The reason that your character is stuck there is because there's event mobs that were custom made. Try looking to update your mob.wz in specific. It should be 275,626 KB.

    You should edit "Month Patch" info to be more general such as the most recent month's patch info, so you don't have to edit this post every patch.
