Trivial outstanding citizen,honor quest- bug(?)

    hey , i have this honor quest - "outstnding citizen" which says ive finished , but i cant collect the reward. when i press on the quest it just close the NPC chat window and nothing happens
    btw if something is not by the rules , let me know plz ! :) thx all in advanced

    Could you list out what steps have you tried so far to debug the issue?

    Such as relogging or restarting the PC

    considering how the medal quest isnt working, i dont think the issue can be resolved by relogging ~f18

    I don't think this medal is obtainable since need a junior

    Requirements:
    You must be married.
    You must be in a guild.
    You must have a junior.
