It's just a speculation, cause my sibling botted before and I don't know if he botted in this server.
Your computer is not banned because your sibling didn't use it. However, your IP is banned because your sibling played on it and hacked. If you'd like to play, you'd have to find a different connection to play from such as purchasing and using a private VPN or finding somewhere else to play like an internet cafe, etc.
