Damn, just realised you're not allowing yourself to do quests as well, that's intense - props to you haha

Today I got on and played for 2-3 hours, got to level 25 and completed 4 card sets (Blue Snail, Slime, Pig, Ribbon Pig). Also, shoutout to alliance mates from Resignation for being chatty & inclusive

But ah, I was curious if any classes are really viable in the meta now without washing.

Base HPs At level 155:
Melee:
Hero: 13,006 hp
Pally/Drk: 12,681 hp
Bucc: 10,188 hp
Shadower 5,403 hp

Ranged:
Corsair: 5,838 hp
NL: 5,403 hp
BM: 5,403 hp

Additional sources of HP:
HP Quest: +1000 melee / +500 ranged
MoN: +300 hp
Medal: +200 hp to +1000 hp
Pet equip: Up to ~1000 hp
Daily repeatable quest: +10 hp per day
Total: +1000 to +2800

This could put somebody like a NL up to 8.2k hp or so at level 155.

Kinda hard when major thresholds include like 9.8k hp for HT, 12k hp for Shao, or 16.3k hp for Toad. You could wait a while, at a rate of +1000 hp per 100 days. But it'd probably be way easier to do a light wash.

Conclusion
Based off the above numbers, in my opinion Bucc, Pally, and Hero might be the only classes that could get away with 100% no hp washing. Still, their survivability will be a bit low and will be gated from stuff like Toad for a while. Any other class you probably need at least a light wash to be able to HT (9.8k), Shao (12k), or Toad (16.3k).

And friendly reminder toad was designed to be a warrior boss.
