Solved [Solution Given] Game crush after character selection

Hey, after the last patch the game started to crash during gameplay, and now it crushes after character selection with the following error:
"Error Code: -21472807038 (Unknown Error 0x80030002)"
I tried to reinstall the game -> the issue remain
I also tried the troubleshooting guide https://royals.ms/forum/threads/troubleshooting-guide.20556/ -> this says that I'm probably banned, but why? :/

I have the same problem only it occurs when I wanted to go to the free market, everytime my accounts login im in the free market and the game shuts down.. pls help

 

Please install the newest files as of yesterday if you have not already.
