    If you are missing mr.dll, get back the file from your anti virus / windows defender

    i have tried every method i know
    restart pc
    close firewall
    close window security
    reinstall the game using the new patch
    still unable to start the game

    Seems like ur anti virus blocked it from executing. gotta disable AV real time scanning and re install
