8/10! I love the hair; it's one of the hairs I often had on characters before I changed to donator hair. The glasses are funky so thats a +
The shirt and watch go together, and so do the pants (but I don't like jeans). Earrings are sort of out there and the cape doesn't really fit imo so I docked off two points.

NX rating thread? I'm going to be all over this because I've really gotten into decorating characters.

@ above, I'd say 7/10? It's hard to say, it's a bit plain looking, though minimalism is good sometimes. It's not bad though.
