Cant connect to the game

hi,
i have this problem for a while, that when i try to log in it says that there is a server check or i need to check my firewall
i checked my firewall and i gave access to the mapleroyals through the firewall and it still doesnt work
the internet connection is fine i got like 80mb speed
i dont know why it keep's saying that there is a server check and doesnt work

No my internet provider is not HOTnet

 

well, i tried reinstalling the game one time through 800X600 reso and one time 1024X768 still doesnt work
of course try to restart like a thousend times
i gave access through firewall to the maplestory.exe file
i close the firewall and windows defender

so tired of it :/

 

you meant the name of the installer that i download from the website?

it calls- MapleRoyalsSetup-800x600-25.09.20

i download it from mirror 1
