hey so i was doing the quest to get the smokescreen skill and got all the items except for long-lasting battery because i could not find the npc that exchanged papulatus certificate for it. can anyone help me with the location of that npc? it says his name is Hairy Porter... Yeah thats the guy thanks alot for the help , in the guide for skills the poster wrote hairy porter probably as a joke but problem solved.
Hey how do you do the smokescreen quest.... been killing lucidas for a while now and the book doesnt drop. Is there a quest that need to be activated beforehand???
