1.I would save a little bit more and go for 6 att facestompers or christmas socks, 5 att shoes are around 1.2-1.3b, and 6 attack is 1.7b ish, 500m for 1 att is still a very good ratio for low budget. 2.also another very important thing I can see is that you need MoN, do the prequests for cwkpq, and buy a VIP run for 100m(which is less then your deputy star value), the difference in range will be felt if you get at least 3 weapon attack on your mon. 3.go join some dojo runs and get a white belt or even better belt if you have time, scroll it with 100% scrolls, they are very cheap. 4.do prequest for krex and buy a VIP ring for 40m, it wont do much for now but its worth to invest a little bit for the extra stats. edit: you also did not show you throwing stars, I would advise to keep using ilbis for now until your budget grows drastically, you will upgrade to c.ilbi in the future. good luck
Costless stuffs to obtain: 1. Get a HTP or a good MON(at least 7 weapon attack), then revert the extra DEX to LUK. This will boost you alot of range. You will need to borrow some HP gears and HB for buying HTP. 2. Krex ring with at least 12 stats(DEX+LUK). Revert the extra DEX to LUK. 3. Dojo belt (black belt is not important at your level, but you can join as much as you can) 4. Level is important, try to level as fast as possible, don't rush on your gear yet. 6. A better helmet (Not rush at your level, you can join scarlion party and ask for dex helmet. But don't spend meso buying them, not worth.) With your current 1.3B budget: 1. If you need the dex from your shoes, then upgrade your claw to a 78+wa (~1.8b, sell your 74wa for some meso) 2. Get a 3~4 scolled dex goggles for maybe 2~300m? You can revert the extra DEX to LUK 3. When you have more budget, buy a 7wa shoe for 2b, this will boost quite alot of range from your dex shoe. Things you can liquid: 1. 0 stat ROA, can sell for 300m+ 2. white raccoon mask, can sell or trade for a decent scrolled dex goggles 3. silver deputy star, sell it and buy a HTP/Mon instead . If you find it difficult to join any boss run, getting a SE mule can help you alot, people may not even care for your range and level.
