I was banned it shocked me, tried to figure out what I have done wrong I came into conclusion that my account was banned due to possible chargeback issue I checked my phone messages the money was not deducted from my bank account (paypal). so I assumed that it has been the reason of the ban. My bank refused the transaction for an unknown reason, I'd like to pay and play again , Looking forward to any GM reply.
Hi, it looks like you made a donation for 69 RP which was then had the payment reversed, you currently have 63 RP on your account. Did you spend some of the RP that was gained from this transaction? If so we would require you to make another payment so that we are able to deduct the full amount of 69 RP for the failed transaction and then unban your account.
If you make another payment of £30.00 for 69 RP, I will then remove 69 RP from your account, leaving the remaining 63 RP from your previous payment which was reversed. For your brother he needs to make a thread about this issue himself too. But likely will need to do the same and make the payment again.
