With only 25m, there's not a lot you can do. I suggest making some more money right now and save up. The order I'd go for upgrades is: Zakum Helmet Weapon Shield Top Silver Deputy Star Start with this list first. If you have enough accuracy without your Soul Rohan, hunt and scroll a nice Blue Screamer or a Red Katana if you have s shield. Start with a mediocre Attack Shield and then descend from the list. I suggest scrolling a Warrior Top once you hit 100 because Blue Neos are very common and can get very high in Str clean.
how mediocre should my shield be and shouldn't a good att shield triumph a Silver Dep? And how much should i expect to pay for a horntail necklace? I really need accuracy...
mediocre shield -> good shield is going to cost more than the 70m-ish that you spend on getting a dep star. You go for mediocre shield + dep star because it's a more efficient use of your mesos and because a dep star will last you a LONG time. Horntail necklaces are very rarely sold, even when groups are running and with the recent lag even that's not even happening. I've only seen a group attempt to sell an egged pendant once so far, and that was going for 1b. While a HTP should be a goal of yours, it's not an effective answer to your accuracy problems right now. As far as solving your accuracy needs, that zhelm is going to go a LONG way. A clean helm is going to give you over 30 acc beyond what your bandanna is giving you, and then there are 10 slots to scroll with helm for acc scrolls, which give 1 dex 2 acc each (2.8 acc per scroll). That's a potential of more than 50 accuracy, so that should be priority #1. If you're really in a crunch for accuracy, keep the rohen for longer, scroll that zhelm and then scroll your bottoms. Those are as good as most neos pants. There are 60 and 70% bot dex scrolls that each give 2 dex 1 acc, that's 2.6 accuracy per scroll. Just be careful you don't use the 2 dex 1 speed 70%s. It's also probably worth finishing off the 3 slots on your shoe. You can hunt down 60% shoe dex scrolls from brown teddies or from various area bosses.
thanks but is the dep star worth it? i mean it doesn't seem like much and at 70 mill... im a bit hesitant, i mean i rather save up for a pgc or a pac at that point and what about training places? I just check the acc calc.... i might stay at ws for a while without the zhelm
The Silver Deputy Star has multiple uses. It gives a good amount of Str, accuracy and HP/MP. You'll eventually want to get one anyway since only Horntail Runners get necklaces and eggs. If you're still concerned about accuracy, get a White Raccoon Mask and scroll it with accuracy. Get a Golden Reindeer Nose as soon as possible for the big accuracy and Str bonus. Scroll for Shoe Accuracy is very cheap and are sold for less than 1m in most FM stores.
a dep star and a 10 stat cape are equivalent to a 3 atk pgc and much cheaper. It's also the only item that can go in the pendant slot until you get a HTP, so it's an efficient use of equip slots as well, and it's going to be easily resellable when you DO get an upgrade. It shouldn't be a priority over a zhelm, but it's worth getting. Other things that you should be looking to squeeze a few accuracy out of are upgrading that 9 acc mask to an 11 (or gaching at CBD for the 15 acc white mouse kit), turning that 5 stat cape into a 10 stat+ (cape dex 60s are cheap) scrolling earrings for 8 or 10 dex, and possibly picking up a few accuracy on your top when you upgrade to a neos at level 100, but none of these things should take priority over the things in my previous post. Those are by far the most meso/time efficient items to work on. @Plenty the reindeer nose takes up the same slot as the sad mask and actually only gives 11 acc, which you can get on a sad mask. It's more total stats, because of the 5 str, but also less slots and you only get one chance to scroll one. It's a good thing to pick up but not at all essential. Rac masks are quite expensive to scroll, so that's less of a priority than bottoms and a zhelm imo. And shoes for accuracy aren't a thing - you're thinking of shoe for dex, which gives accuracy and avoid.
Make some money and get a Zakum Helmet ASAP. Wolf Spiders are still decent money. Illbis and NPCing equips can add up to a lot. If you're feeling up to traveling to El Math, farm some Golden Zombie Teeth until someone calls for a Zakum Run. If you're really lacking Dex, just bite bullet and put in some Dex then use AP Resets to convert the points back to Str. Dexless Warriors isn't something an unfunded player should consider unless they have a consistent mean of income.
Well the thing is, i believe that in royals it's sort of impossible to say you're not funded. I mean with the nx we recieve, its easy to sell AP resets, tele rocks, etc but that's for a different thread. I am npcing drops, selling the att claw (thanks for your guide) and the ilbis but I guess I'm just impatient. And as soon as I had the means to get a Zak helm (doing all the prequests), no one is running... Well thanks anyway
