DC after character selection

however, i'm able to login successfully on my pc instead,

I seem to be getting this error on my pc. I was in the middle of doing kpq and then it dced and i dc when I try to select my character

 

Yes it's all updated files, just that everytime I dc the notice "disconnected from the server" appears

If you are able to log in on your characters that means you are not banned and it's a problem with your laptop I would assume with your Royal folder.

i've tried transferring the exact same files over to my laptop and tried installing from royals website. I also uninstalled the anti virus on my laptop to prevent any deletion of files.

but still unable to

 

can it be your firewall? or your web browser like google chromes anti phishing stuff.

 

What are the MAC addresses associated with the computer you are having trouble connecting with?

 

i seem to have the same problem, my ign is teuntjuhh, my mac adress is 4c-60-de-84-4e-bd
