Unable to login, crashes after keying in PIC

Hello there, as stated in the subject, I'm unable to log in to the server, as soon as I key in my PIC, it says that "You've been disconnected from the server"

 

Have u restarted router? Also is your game updated?

Also, last time I had this issue I've done a ping on cmd to the website, after getting return packages I could enter.

Yeah I've restarted my router, I just downloaded the game yesterday

 

I'm still unable to log in

 

I didn't know that there's 2 client, I will download 800x600 and try it now

 

yeap, both 800x600 and 1024x768 is disconnecting me after I key in my PIC

 

Not too sure but feels like a MAC ban. If everything else fails, I suggest making a ban appeal to make sure you aren't using a banned address.

Have you tried logging in with other connection? Like, using internet of your smartphone?

 

yep, they all work except when I key in my PIC, I auto disconnect

 

Had the exact same problem on my brothers computer.
Turned off Hamachi and immediatley started to work.

 

i am experiencing the same problem, i use hot spotted internet
