I was reading other posts and there are people who have lost their items mysteriously, was there a reset?

Have forwarded the above situation for Admin May take some time as the time range is quite wide (2018 till now)
you havent been online at all between oct-nov 2018 or near that. I wasnt able to locate your shield either unfortunately
