If your brother was hacking on your computer, regardless of you not doing it directly, it will mean your connection and computer will remain permanently banned.
I apologize for any inconveniences and I understand it was a shared responsibility. I should’ve been more careful (dumb brothers). Is there any way I could play on probation or alternative solution? Christmas break is creeping up for me and I would love to destress and relax with playing maplestory for the nostalgia and player community.
We would have to be able to tell that you are two different people conclusively, but the computer and connection ban would remain so you would have to find an alternate connection method and device to use, even if we can differentiate you two and unban your accounts only.
I am looking to purchase a computer in the near future so that would not be a problem. Am I able to prove via picture of the both of us is that a viable option?
unfortunately we cant do that for you as another hacking character was banned on this connection after this ban appeal started.
