First I was doing CWKPQ with my friends, and I logged 3 accounts, while I was in the run one of the clients marked the error (error code 2147467261), but only on 1 client the others 2 was normal. then, I thought it had been something normal and I logged in my accounts again and in the 2 run the same thing happened to me. I must clarify that in the past week I had had problems with HT runs, and some friends told me that it was an error with the sound.wz file ( https://royals.ms/forum/threads/experimental-ht-crash-test-fix.161831/) and I tried this, but I wasn't sure if that file they uploaded was still working, when i did all this the HT runs worked fine for me. According to what I read and understood, my problem could have been because I changed the sound.wz files... I delete and completely re-download the game And right now I'm not having a crash but I don't know if this is temporary or I have to do something else. It is the first time that it happens to me. Try uninstall > restart PC > install in a different folder I believe your files got corrupted somehow

For testing purposes, can you try un-equipping your NX stuff and walk around for maybe 5 minutes Not too sure what's causing this issue, I am guessing is something specific - either files or NX clothes
Ok i removed all my equipment from NX, and i still have the same problem only with SnapeLucky account, my hero and other mules I open them at the same time and none of them closes or marks an error.
What is the frequency of the disconnections so far? Like is it once per minute or 5 minutes And do you disconnect at specific maps, or just any maps

Eye Style I have on my character : Onmyouji Eye Color Bug : Violet When I had violet eyes, I got error code 2147467261 After change to green no more DC's ( I must clarify that yesterday before disconnecting I changed them from green to violet and today that I logged in again was when I had an error) I already did some tests from where I disconnected and with the change I made I no longer have problems, I will continue testing, finally I would like to know if I can change the style of my eyes or if there is a refund so as not to have more problems in the future.

Hi Muff, when I made the change to green eyes I didn't have any problem, but I'm afraid to try to change again don't want to DC or leave in middle of a run, I thought the developer's was going to make some tests
There were some changes made some some faces and eye colors in the newest update. If it happens again please post again on the report but for now I'll mark this as fixed.
