    Where are you having an issue(s): Disconnected from login server after selecting my character
    Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT):1:20am GMT+8
    Details of the issue:i have the newest update and i am unable to login
    What error code were you given(if any): none
    If it can be replicated, please provide a screenshot or recording of the issue occurring:none

    Which country/region are you from?

    And do you have any VPNs installed?

    i am from Brunei and no i currently do not use a vpn

    Please kindly try a clean re-install - delete Royals folder, re-install, restart PC

    all characters i made a new account to test and even the new account cant conntect

    Currently, I am unable to detect anything wrong with your connection based on the info so far, can you bump your Ban Appeal and asked if your MAC address is banned?

    As the error message you are facing could be caused by banned MAC address

    i believe my ban appeal has been closed let me make a new appeal to get an admin to check
