IGN: UncleRogerz Problem: Black Dragon Pet Bugged Details: I had evolved my dragon pet into Black Dragon by using evolution rocks. However, it turned back to Red Dragon by itself after past sometime. (I can't sure when the exact time and how it was turned back to red dragon). During that time I was doing LQP after I had evolved black dragon via Garnox NPC in NLC. I want my Black Dragon pet back. Please help get back my Black Dragon
Updated: Black Dragon strucked in CS when i put back in CS, it still showing as Black dragon but i could not take out from CS inventory anymore.

im not sure how you got your dragon into an indentity crisis which changed its color and got itself stuck in some way. how much NX did you spend total on this? I can only release this one from your inventory and reimburse you to make another dragon yourself
so after release will it still remain red colour? 3-5 evolution rocks used in total to get black colour dragon.
reimbursed you with 52500 NX (3x 12k nx dragon, 3x 5,5k nx evolution rock) and deleted the stuck red/black dragon
I am trying to make another Black Dragon, alrdy spent 50-60 (300k+ nx) rocks still not get black one.
@Tim This does not seem like a fair form of reimbursement given the glitch causing his black dragon to be removed was not his fault, and attaining the black dragon is a (low probability) dice roll rather than a guarantee. A much better idea would be for you to: A. provide him with the black dragon outright (appears this may not be possible?) B. provide him with unlimited stones until he attains the black dragon again (with you there watching the dragon change color each time/checking logs to ensure he's not milking you for extra rocks - not saying he would do that or anything) As it currently stands, this player fairly attained a black dragon with 52500 NX, had a server-sided glitch/error/problem cause it to have to be removed/disappear, and was only reimbursed the 52500 NX giving him the ability to *try* attaining a black dragon again (without success). I just don't feel like the current approach is fair approach considering the player did nothing wrong and ultimately he ended up losing his black dragon because of something that went wrong on the server's end.
First of all, I am not trying to make profit from it. From my personal pov, it should belong to bug/glitch issue and this is not player fault. By rights i should have get back my black dragon without any additional losses or profits. But right now, I have lost more than 300k nx and moreover it already costing me more than 52,500 nx and still haven't got what I should get back.
