Can you be a little more specific? i dont remember any items i have ever sold in the server.

 

Im not owning any other accounts related to "Maple Royals".
Im not using the same login details on any other platform.
Perhaps i did not understand what you meant?

No one has ever played on my account but me.

 

You said you have not played in 2 years but the last login from your character was January of this year.

 

Thinking about it once more, i may have logged in once this january for a short time.
Havent done anything that may result in a ban.

 

There are many logins starting a year ago and up until January with the same condition details.

 

I dont remember myself logging in on any PC .

 

The logs I have show your character logging in from the same connection starting from the end of November 2019 to the middle of January 2020. Were all of these logins from you?

 

No its not me, My account credentials are extremely secure however I am not sure whether if it was hacked and been abused without my consent
And again, I believe the hacker had access to my email address, because I have not received any information regarding to any changes occurred (or maybe he deleted the mails)

the original message was me , but somehow it was edited. im not sure how or who is doing this but it wasnt me.
i've secured my account further now with Two-Factor Auth so no one can do that again.
if you guys can look into your IP logs and see that SOMEONE ELSE logged into this account and changed my original message, this kind of PROVES that someone else was in my account.

 

Yes, i have made a new account since my previous account was blocked for a reason which i do not know about.

 

I do not have any other forum accounts.
