As someone who's also heavily in the fitness community, with training licenses and going for that IFBB Pro card, I don't think your answer is satisfactory. I don't care what my relationship is to the person, when it comes time for advice/help I immediately conduct a professional tone. I would lose my licenses if I used language such as "u have big tits" regardless of your claim that you aren't coming onto her. You acknowledge that the language you used was crude, can be misinterpreted, and in many cases would be grounds for harassment. I still maintain my previous position that for whatever wrong-doing Sharu has done should also be logged and reported regardless of time/motive just strictly based off in-game conversation. While it's not up to me, I don't agree with the seeming leniency and you should serve the 7 day as would anyone else.

I do agree on where you say he doesn't deserve a permanent ban (if this is his first instance of course) and he could have another chance. The whole discussion is rather on why did he get passed without a proper ban appeal route and I also agree with that.

But some of your words sound pretty strange:

How is it possible that a GM bailed out someone for doing all of the above... That seems to be the issue... not the reason of timing of when victim posted report or reason why...
