Let's discuss: do you think this deserves an unban?

abstaining from the ongoing discussion in this thread since all sides' perspectives have already been duly presented and elaborated in great detail, but i couldn't help but notice this unfortunate and completely false statement

Tim is the only leader in Staff (has been for a long time), and there is currently no one in there who can even come close in terms of all-round experience; definitely not "several" who would be "amazing". ofc if you beg to differ, i think we could have a very fruitful debate here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/staff-team-changes.180215/

at the end of the day, whether or not this incident was a lapse of judgment on his part, i can only hope the community remembers all the good he's done and everything he's sacrificed for us

As one of the admins and longest serving the server, you deserve the rights to protect your friend using GMs power, who know what other things you do using your GMs power?

I dont know what happen between sharu and raony and all of their friends but your job is just ban him according to the report which clearly show his harrass the girl.

Raony obviously revenge banned Loopy. Tim’s timeline clearly shows that Raony waited for Loopy to collect two strikes for profane language before reporting him for an argument (that happened) prior to his first 2 offences, knowing he would be permanently banned as a result (raony was also boasting about this in buddy chat). like you said, they apologised and agreed not to report each other. Why then, did Raony change his mind a couple of weeks later? Because Loopy accumulated two strikes. Rao could get him permanently banned and only serve 3 days himself. Why is the change in this rule only applied right now for Raony’s benefit and not for Loopy? How convenient. The standards here are disgusting

Good thing you aren't playing on a Brazil server. Also you will find that slur is not listed. The only racial thing I can find is called "Monkey Chanting" which does not qualify as they did not chant at you with ooouus and aahhhs.

With the way you handle harassment problem in this server, i know and dont regret i quit this server earlier rather than now.

Two wrongs don't make a right. I think it will be most appropriate to punish anyone involved in this drama according to what they did instead of letting them keep fighting each other and keep the ball rolling.

If girls are getting sexually harassed by a perverted guy HE MUST BE BANNED REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES. As for the other parties involved in this situation, whoever made a racist remark has to pay the price, if you got a monkey pet and named it Raony just to trigger him you also got a price to pay. The one delivering the justice to this case MUST NOT BE TIM as Tim is in an obvious conflict of interest. As for the new rules he made he should shove them.... They are ignorant and dangerous! I'm calling from here to all the higher management - Admins, GMs, Devs ... of this game to gather, define and set clear boundaries. Any participant who knows the parties involved cannot sit in that gathering.

Okay, except one is a repeat offender with multiple women while the other is a cultural misunderstanding that was corrected pretty quickly. Probably shouldn't fall for the red herring.

this fact has absolutely no relation to what's going on in this thread, and is something to be discussed separately; i also very clearly stated that in my first post. please don't talk out of your ass or twist my words

That's what I'm saying. If he is a repeating offender and the evidences stack then he will get permanently banned by unbiased team that will discuss the case. And by unbiased I mean all staff that don't know those people, not June (as she became a part of the case due to her personal involvement at the aftermath), not TimK of course.
I believe that unbiased group of people will draw the same conclusion 28 pages of people reached. If we want complete justice to the case anyone who did something wrong in that incident will have a price to pay.
