Moderate Game Crash After Character Selection, Character based problem. Potentially bugged item?

Problem: The game crashes after I select my hermit
The last thing I did was boom my sky ski then logged out
Though 15 minutes prior I did buy 2 snowglobe friendship rings then realized you could not drop them as I didn't understand how they worked, now I do. (12k NX wasted RIP)

This problem is purely character-based as I am able to log on to a different character on the same account (Petescrack) the only notable things I did are stated above. I thought that removing my PIC might have been a problem but that isn't the case based on my recent recording. I also did place the PIC back but the problem persists.



I have restarted my PC, reinstalled the game, different channels as well. Not sure what else to do all my other characters/accounts do not have this problem. Thank you for reading!

Hey, Dave. The only NX items I bought were indeed the 2 x SnowGlobe friendship rings for that instance.
I'm not sure if this is relevant to your question (sorry if it isn't) but I want to give you as much information as possible to help solve the problem! Around a month and a half prior to what I can recall, I bought
Clothes Related White Felt Hat, Lead Monocle, White Male Fur Coat(male), Belge Golashes, Reflection of True, Erda Cape,
Pet Related Golden Pig, Wing Boots, Meso Magnet, Item Pouch, Auto HP Potion Pouch, Auto MP Potion Pouch, Magic Scales, [PET] Red Top Hat
And maybe over 350 Gacha tickets over the course of this time.
This all I can remember from my lifetime NX spent.

I have the same problem, is there any way to fix this? I just created my acc yesterday and now when i try to play with my char it says disconected try again later

 

Hello, please create a new thread for your issue. If you just created your account it is likely due to a technical issue rather than a character-related issue, so I would post in the Technical Help section. I would also copy and paste your error message in the search bar to see how other players have solved similar issues.

 

Hey, I want to put an update on this post. I try almost daily to log on to my account to see if the problem still persists which it does. I would like to say maybe 5 days prior to me making this update I was able to log on successfully! I had a "new note" pop up most likely from the guild chair event, I decided to open it and my game crashed. After that, the game continues to crash on this character which has been happening for roughly 3 weeks. I would love to have an update to know where the investigation is at!

Hello, thank you for the update! The new note you received from the chair event is indeed most likely the reason you are crashing on that character. We are aware of this bug and are investigating a fix. I've moved this thread to the Bug Report section in the mean time. Sorry for the delay; hopefully you can log into your character again soon.
