IGN: Bubbychew Problem: Game crashes as soon as I enter my PIC. Details: I was trying to do the GM event yesterday and then my game crashed as soon as I clicked on NPC Billy. I tried to relog in but I kept disconnecting as soon as I entered my PIC. All of my other characters work perfectly fine. Staff Member Dave told me it could possibly be due to a NX item. I believe the last NX item I bought was 35 gach tickets. I already followed the forum "Crashing as soon as I enter my PIC?" and it still doesn't work.
Will forward the situation for Admin to investigate If you are able to recall any other NX you purchased prior to the crashing, you may update in this post

Hello! I just wanted to update my forum and ask if this post can get moved to “Report Bug”. I remember before my character started crashing, I got the “New note” which was for the thanksgiving chair and it would d/c me right away if I opened it. So I don’t think it’s an NX item causing me my crash after putting my PIC in. Thank you!!
Hello, thank you for updating us. It is a known bug but will require an Admin to manually delete the notes from your character. So I'll leave the thread in here but I've made a note for an Admin to fix this issue for you. Thank you!
