    I'm looking to hopefully buy maybe 3 stacks of regular Ilbi (not crystal)

    I'm a new player and just need some throwing stars with higher damage output to get started!

    Would be more suitable for you to use steely if you're a new player. The recharge cost + pots + attack potions is quite significant while grinding. Else you can find other ways for your mesos. End game equipment is pretty ex for NLs too
