Hey there, I'm having some trouble with voting and getting the NX cash. I'm still new so I've only done this twice, but both times I met the requirements stated here, https://royals.ms/forum/threads/troubleshooting-voting-issues.140129/. I was above level 15, and used my username, not IGN. I complete the captcha and hit the vote button, but I get the message that I already voted. The only thing I can think of is that both times I hit the vote button before solving the captcha because the captcha took a bit longer to load. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
I am not, I do have a VPN though. Would that make a difference? I thought only the username was the unique identifier for voting
Yes, VPN is most probably the cause. Try to disconnect from VPN and retry... if it helps , meaning you are sharing IP with another user. In this case you might want to apply for the "whitelist"
It sounds like my VPN could be causing more issues. I just tried logging in and got the message that "ID has been deleted or blocked from connection". How do I apply for this whitelist?
