There are duplicate versions of these items in the files so my guess is that you have the wrong version somehow. Can you remember where exactly you acquired the Cornian's Marrow, and Tough Dragon Skin?
I’m not sure about the exact map but it was in one of the wyverns maps and the Cornians marrow I got from the burning forest I’m pretty sure
I farmed extra items for the quest so I would just have to do manon for elixirs and after I turned it in the first time it doesn’t recognize the rest of the items.

There are two different sets of quest items, some are for the first hand in of the quest, and the others are for the repeatable version of the quest. I presume you farmed all the items while doing the quest the first time around, so I suggest dropping the items which are not registering to the new repeatable quest and farm them again. The actual bug here is that quest items should no longer appear as drops once you have reached the required item count for the quest, and so not allowing you to farm more than the quest requires. I believe this is reported already.
ok so if i farm it again do i need to farm the required amount for the quest every time? or can i bulk all the requirements for the quest and use the bulked items to repeat it multiple times? would it not work once i reached the required amount for the quest?
Since you have completed the first quest, you will be doing the repeatable quest from this time and on. This means that you can bulk up on items.
