    Previous thread was closed and comment locked due to unknown reason, so i here created for new thread since the issue still not solved yet.

    Problem: Request for refund NX (please check calculation below) and provide enough evolution rocks until i get black dragon back
    Details: According to part 1 thread, I got reimbursed 52,500NX for my black dragon loss. After that i using this 52,500NX fund tried to rebuild a another black dragon, and i realized the probability to get black dragon is extremely low, the amount of reimbursed NX is much far than enough. During that time, I bought 10 amount of rocks at the begin, after failed to get black dragon again and again and again.... until reached 60 rocks still failed, eventually I gave up at the end.

    The amount of NX spent:
    - Dragon Pet = 12k NX
    - Dragon Marble premium pet food = 15k NX (bundle 10k nx + 1k nx each x 5)
    - Approximate 60 evolution rocks = 330k NX (rock cost 5.5k nx each) *you can track back my cash shop purchase history if possible

    Total = 357k NX
    Deduct Reimbursed NX = 52,500 NX
    Net Loss = 304,500 NX <= (the amount that I would like to request for refund)

    I will forward your situation to the Admins again for confirmation and see if they are able to refund all of the NX you used so far

    Updated your dragon to a black one and reimbursed your NX. Please confirm your methods of reobtaining the dragon with us beforehand if any such issue arises again.
