If you want to know the buffed range just take the biggest demo line you can see and divide by 5.
I saw lines a little over 71k at most, so id say 14.3k-14.4k is a safe assumption.

Hi sorry for the late reply but, I did some digging and I found a screenshot of my buccaneer's clean range (mw20) @ level 170

So at level 178 I should have 44 more str, assuming I didn't upgrade any equips (+40str from ap + 4str from mw20)

I'd assume (correct me if i'm wrong) echo is just current range *1.04 so approximately ~14.2k range with echo & heart stopper
