My Mapleroyals' exe file icon is missing, therefore the shortcut's on my desktop icon is missing too. I tried reinstalling, I also excluded the entire folder of the game from my Defender as it would eat my exe entirely. Been this way for months.
Also on a side note, I'm a donator, how do I apply the donator icon on my forum name?

Can you screenshot the exclusion settings?

For donor, you may refer to this guide - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/guide-for-donor-tag-or-changing-ign-forum-name.144734/

Strange, I just opened it and and there aren't any exclusions.. and I can't seem to add any. It doesn't work.. :( I click on add folder or add file, select one and nothing happens... :( got any idea on how to fix that?

Are you using a pirated version of Windows?

No. I just checked on the registry if the exclusions exist there, and they do show up. They just don't show up on the defender window. I guess I'll try resetting the pc

If in the situation where you are unable to add exclusions, I guess you can only turn off your real-time protection

I can, but it doesn't fix the problem.
Look at this, the file is fine. Only the shortcuts it makes are corrupted

I won't recommend install Royals in Nexon folder, their anti-hacking software may be blocking Royals
Try reinstall in a separate folder instead of within Nexon folder

I did a few stuff including this and it worked. I downloaded a batch file that deletes memorized icons.. at first it didn't do anything, but once I moved the folder like you said it worked, although I have another game that had this issue, and after a while it fixed it too, without needing to relocate the folder. So I assume it's thanks to the batch file. Thank you for helping.
