Closed Game Continues to Crash After Inability to Open Note

    Hello,

    I've updated the game to the new files. Restarted my computer, reinstalled etc. There was a note that kept popping up that wouldn't allow me to open it. Now my game continually crashed and doesn't let me on beyond the login screen. :( ...

    Character IGN: OceanLight
    Where: FM/NLC
    Date and Time: 01/15/2020 ~5:30 AM - 6:00 AM


    I went through the trouble shooting prompts and it tells me to file a ticket!

    Edit: I'm able to log onto another character same account and my mule account no problems no crashes just not under OceanLight ...
