It's good to hear that his items are getting refunded but I have a question for future reference @Tim Were those non-nx items actually lost via game-sided glitch/bug? For I never witnessed or heard of a case like this before. If it is, is it a known one that we all should watch out in the future?
we found a minor bug with using storage at the second a server shut down happens and fixed the issue so wouldnt happen anymore
