Closed Character DC

    Problem: I can log into my other characters but on this one I DC when I log immediately
    Details: so a week or so ago pre-server check I could log on but I would have a note on my screen everytime I clicked the note it would automatically DC me, now after server check i just DC once I log in and choose the channel.
