Fixed Frog Label Ring and other Label Ring don't work except 2016 xmas Label Ring.

    Before today's second server check I bought the Frog Label Ring on Keplera. It showed up cute at first.
    After the second server check I found only the Xmas Label Ring would work(Before 2nd check I both wore them), and in CS other Label Rings also don't work for this char now(Also the same even I took off xmas label ring).But my other chars are ok.

    Really appreciate if it can be fixed asap as I rlllllly love that FROG ring :3
