Trivial Smega Effect won't disappear

    I came across this phonemenon just now.
    One person smegad and the effect on the top right haven't dissappear for around 5min, then i chose to end my game.
    I can show u picture if you're interested.

    There's seems a data size limit when upload. I minimize the size then I can upload.
    U can see the blue circle, they're the same.
    So this smega must have stagnated in my screen for a quite long period.
    I don't know how it happens, and it disappear when I log in again. So I think it's just a trivial bug which seldom occurs.
