Not Bug Chaos scroll Bug when scrolling Cape on first try

    I've been scrolling BFC with 4wa for the past week.
    Everytime i use on a new BFC, it always gets -4wa straight.
    IDK if this is a bug or this just happens to me
    Hope GM can fix this or let me know its just my luck

    Hope to get my mesos back !!!! <3

    Sorry, Staff are unable to provide compensation for such a scenario

    Unless the Chaos Scrolls are bugged in a way that everyone will get negative 4 WA upon using it (affects the entire server)

    Although we are unable to provide rollback or compensation for this case, we seek your understanding

    If you guys are aware of more players facing the same results of only getting - 4 WA, please do update this thread so I may reflect to the Staff regarding possible RNG bug with the Chaos Scroll

    I need more players reporting about this issue instead of only one report if this is a bug that affects entire server
