I know you're excited, but I don't think you're getting this. I'm not trying to wean myself off of Maple, I don't feel that need. I just don't feel the incentive right now to start hunting around for new servers only to possibly end up high and dry again. I like to settle down in an online home, as it were, put down roots. But the soil here doesn't feel fertile enough for me to want to put down roots.
But it is...there is a solid base of people here...all they have to do is stay and give it a chance. You should too. It will be worth it.

I only said people will be less pressured into making a bishop for farming mesos since ap resets and nx only drop from bosses. But since you mention it, reducing the spawn and exp rate would still even out the field. Hs on 10x exp = 15x while hs on 4x exp = 6x. Also, at higher levels, all other classes should be able to keep up with the spawn now when training with a bishop, at the same rate as the bishop. I don't get why everyone here complains so much about bishops when non-bishop players, back when the main server of this version was live, had reached 200 faster. So it's been proven to be possible (at least by warriors, nls, and cosairs).
yeahh i miss lpq ! its dead in gms now :/ but appearantly hpq,kpq,lpq,cpq,lmpq,opq,ariantpq,guildpq,piratepq all work. ariant wasnt tested yet though. im sure most are bugged but, they'll soon be fixed i hope
I strongly suggest gm to look into guild pq and its benefits, its exactly what made my time in gms so special. Consider even apples to be dropped at the boxes, i guarantee people are going to love it. Matt of all people should agree with me, cose over 30% of my maplestory time on gms at its peak was doing just that P.s yea im defo going to be part of new maplestory rebirth
Not enormously excited since as a casual, occasional player I'll always be behind everyone else. But instead of being 130's while everyone else is 180's, I'll be 60 while everyone is racing to 120. But I'll be around still. I never cared about godly equips or being the best anyway.
For example. How about the fact 40% of the ranking is mage, from which 50% of that is cleric. It's everything put together.
