Hi forum. When ever i double click on a player or myself, the game just crashes and an error pops up that says this "error code : - 2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)" And it's not just when i double on someone/myself it crashes, it's crashing often without im doing anything too. The client seems very unstable for me, and my irl friends who are playing on this server too are experiencing the same problems as i do.. HELP!?!?!?
Besides, me and my friends are already running as windows 98 and as a administrator but that doesnt seem to fix anything but the error that comes up when game is launching..
But my friends wishlist is empty and he is crashing more often that i do, and he also runs it as windows 98 and as administrator and everything, so i don't think that's it
I have the same problem. I also run it as admin and in compatibility mode. Still, I have to run the .exe about 2~5 times for it to let me in... It's getting very frustrating.
do you use the windows 98 mode? that one worked for maybe try the other compatibility modes? You say when you click players you dc, if they have items in their wish list that makes you dc. Did he update his files? does he have bad internet? i know my school internet drops in connection all the time, (the wifi)
No, out internet connection is really good actually, but the client is just crashing randomly when we play or when we double click on a player.. This is starting to get really annoying. We have windows 8 btw.
