Buff archer 4th job skill concentrate by giving it +100 or 60 avoid ?

Maybe buff archer skill concentrate? Seeing that it is almost a redundant skill as people just apple during boss and even pop heartstoppers in most cases. Can maybe buff by giving avoid +60 or 100 or maybe more wa

 

But then what about mm

 

Didn't they just get a snipe buff? Hahaha what's more giving just avoid for concentrate won't buff its damage

 

Its better to remove apple and heartstopper , it will be the highest atk buff in all job

 

Not sure if this is intended, but I've noticed that buffs that go on cooldown usually don't get dispelled (holy shield, infinity, etc.); however, Concentrate's buff icon is still displayed but the actual WA/mana buff is gone if observed. Is it possible to make Concentrate dispel immune?
