Drop rate buff for Bacal card

Bacal card has been added to monster book collection since last update, and I know many people are eager to farm this card. However, I have never seen any of this card dropping from any of the Krex runs I have run since then, nor I heard anyone who claims to have collected/seen it drop. I have tried using taunt skill on them for higher drop rate, but have yet to see any cards drop.

I would like to suggest drop rate buff on this cutie to the level of shao's clones; I think the current rate is too low... Please help us get this cutie in my book <3

I lost my motivation... since this monster card dont exist.. give me something to do.

 

i tho is meant to be ultra low drop rate for accomplishment because there is just 4 mobs/run and is not that of a need for the medals
