i think it's doable, it could be a one time thing per account, for example if you do it on your main, then you couldn't go back to the previous gender or do it in the other characters that are in the account, and for example if you change the gender then you would have to change hair and eyes too, so it would come with an additional cost besides the 20 rp for the gender change and to encourage players to keep creating characters we could maybe make the gender change available to players lv 30 and below

+1 True, and this way people don't need to repurchase gender based equips, although most of them already are unisex.
I like the idea, it would be good to see it happen for greater diversity in the game. Sex change = 20 RP New hair and eyes = 12 RP total happiness
Yeah, but its doable if it has a level cap, like level 30 or 50 as the maximum level allowed for the gender change, that solves the aforementioned issue
I think it's a good idea, just for fun to change your sex. I would suggest that there is no limit to how many times you can make that change as you may not like it or get bored after a while.
If it's not too hard too implement I think it would be fun to see - perhaps some upper level cap to prevent high level gears becoming obsolete
