Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: Bottomnotch Additional Information: I can get to the character selection screen, however after selecting the character, entering my pic, the client closes and a messagebox appears saying "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I haven't played in a while, downloaded the new 1024x768 client, and didn't appear to have any installation issues.
Can't believe I didn't check that. I do have Wiregaurd installed to connect to my work, I thought by having it configured as a split tunnel (Only traffic directed at the VPN gets sent there, everything else should go directly to the internet) If I disable the VPN connection then I'm able to connect to MapleRoyals just fine. Thanks for your help!
Glad your issue is resolved The VPN probably blocked Royals port as it's meant for work Faced same issue with my work VPN as well
