Idk if its possible or the level of work involved if it is but i would love to be able to rebind my movement keys to wasd This would allow me to play just with my right or left hand i would find this much more comfortable
This sounds like something that can't be changed because it's hard-baked into the current client we use. changing something which is vital to many portions of the game would require a custom client.
You may be able to use a standalone software to remap your keyboard keys instead of changing the game keys. This program, from a quick Google search, seems to do that, however as I haven't used it myself I can't personally endorse it. https://www.randyrants.com/category/sharpkeys/
There are usually products like such at a nearby electronic/computer mart. It might be alot more useful as not much 3rd party rebinding software is needed. I recommend you getting this and you can do whatever you want with your other hand not in use
ive tired keypads and gaming keypads in the past but they are just never the same as for using software to i dont wanan mess with my ability to type >_<
