I've tried to reset my info in the control panel, but it won't let me. It says my username and password are an unknown combination. Do I need to confirm all of my login info?
I don't think my email is verified and I'm not sure which email I created the account with, but I clicked on lost password and checked various emails for the "change password verification" email to no avail
The email entered is case sensitive and some browsers will auto-capitalize the 1st letter of the email address, Make sure to try that as well as checking your spam folder. If all this fails, Please recover your email address following the instructions of this thread!
