Today started off pretty quite, my first customer was very early, but after that it quickly began to flow with people. It was so busy that people fell asleep in the waiting room, of course I don't blame them for this. It started getting so busy I hired an assistant who would help me, however I had it differently in mind. The assistant started cutting the eyes of my customer because the chair was not at the correct height. The customer was fine but I was scared to trust him with my valueable customers. After this incident we both needed some time to process the whole situation, I gave him some time off serving the customers in different ways. After a customer was not very satisfied with his haricut I assigned my assistant to dye his hair. He was a natural and did the job perfectly. The customer was happy after all and it was again a succesful day.
