Do you have multiple game clients open when this happens?
Is your installation up to date?

Are you able to try connecting to Royals with WiFi instead?

If your PC doesn't have WiFi adapter installed for some reason, I can only recommend you to check with your ISP about your network settings

I have forwarded your WinMTR results to the Devs and he mentioned that the data requests sent were bounced around in your internal network, perhaps within multiple devices or the router itself

Due to the weird occurrence, would advise you to confirm with your ISP about how private IP address are showing up in your traceroute as something may have happened to your router/modem
