Error code 2147467261

When I log my character the screen will appear error code ,but another account is can play mapleroyals.

 

Yes I am play other accounts now

 

its still cant log on

 

i got the same problem with @Yeh921124
and actually i deleted the post just now bcuz i could relog into the game after restarting the pc,
but soon dced again

Same guys, i entered Moon bunny PQ event and i crashed instantly and can't relog...

 

i've solved this problem since i downloaded the whole patch @Ricki

 

how?! It doesn't update itself? 0.o How i should download the patch?!
