Why do you think you got banned?: Someone has been trying to hack my account, because they dont know my pins, and I cant enter my account, because of my emails, wont send the email code to me. Ban message when attempting to log in: I don't know if they changed the email to my account, but I cant login and it says, they account is locked because of multiple logins. Probably by the hackers who want to steal my account. What GM banned you (optional): No GM banned me. Please do an investigation on which IP addresses are trying to login to my account. Thanks, and please place a ban hold until the investigation is concluded, and please help me restore my account to my permission to play this server again.

Dasha said she will get remove the self ban yesterday but it didnt occur T_T please remove it...i want to play on my new account. I have been waiting all day yesterday.. Guess I have to wait till the investigation is completed. Thx

You should be able to play now, but the account that you have no access to will remain banned until the admins help you to recover your account details to prevent further damage.
