I was able to do the quest once only on one of my accounts (IGN: lilyhatesyou). After turning the items in once and being able to reaccept the quest, the etc quest items no longer dropped for me. I was also able to accept the quest on my other account (IGN: lilypunchyou) but the quest etc items wouldn't drop no matter how long I killed the mobs for. I've tried forfeiting and reaccepting the quest but it didn't help.
This is a daily quest, and the quest gives you different monster to hunt each time, are you sure you were hunting the correct monsters for the quest that was given to you?
